Women's Leadership Group

Are you a woman in the printing industry? You make a difference in how you show up for yourself and the women in your community. Its a powerful thing- stepping out of your comfort zone to find the strategies to propel yourself forward.

This group is for you. It is a group coaching program designed to get you to your next level. Together, we set goals with accountability and build strategies to propel us to how and where we want to be.

The Group is structured like this:

1. Meet and Greet - This is our kick off meeting. Here, we meet as group to get to know one another and talk strategy for goal setting. Participants will walk away with their goal for the program identified.

2. Monthly Meetings - We will meet monthly, for two hours structured like this:

Hour 1 - Goal Setting

1. Articulate the goal for the month

2. Identify barriers in the way + skills needed

3. Define action steps taking over the month to achieve this goal

Hour  2- Strategic Skill Building

Topic specific. We will deep dive into 1 topic each session. They include:

1. Negotiation Tactics

2. Knowing Your Value

3. Setting Boundaries

4. Executive Presence

Format:

This is a 6 month commitment. We will start with a kick off meeting then meet monthly for 6 months on the 2nd Saturday of the month from 9am-11am ET:
